About Me

My name is Sarah Durham and I am a senior at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts majoring in Collaborative Arts and minoring in Studio Art. I'm an multi-disciplinary artist who considers myself a director, choreographer, actor, dancer, poet, designer, photographer, film maker, and arts educator. Most importantly, though, I am a storyteller. 

My main artistic interests lie in the intersection between dance and technology, live theatre, and accessibility to the arts and arts education, although that merely scratches the surface of the art I make. Most recently, I was assistant directing a new musical at the St. Lou Fringe Festival and student teaching in a public school dance classroom here in New York City. I have training in stage directing, both stage and film acting, ballet, tap dance, jazz dance, and modern dance. I have also have experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro), TinkerCAD and Blender, AbeltonLive, TouchDesigner, Arduinos, Unreal Engine, digital DSLR cameras, and 35mm film.
